Hydraaks was once a proud and feared captain of House Devils which when the house fell apart he was convinced by his lover to join a new house in Europa which is giving an unknown power to members that would provide them with an advantage against The Great Machine.

After joining House Salvations and embracing the power of Darkness He, his partner and a handful of members were tasked to guard an outpost on the outskirts of Riis-Reborn as there were sightings of Machine-spawn landing on Europa.

After days of no sightings of any Machine-spawn the outpost was attacked by the Vex which resulted in everyone getting killed except for Hydraaks who lost his leg from an explosion.

He was left for dead as House Salvation gave up on the outpost as they felt that it was a waste of time to send reinforcements. Hydraaks was left for dead as he couldn't walk and was waiting for reinforcements that would never arrive.

After two days of waiting, Hydraaks was low on either and wasn't going to last longer until an unknown group of Eliksni were scavenging the area and noticed him begging for help.

After being rescued he later learned the group that saved him was a group of Eliksni that were opposed to House Salvation and were planning a truce with the humans of the last city Hydraaks who disliked humanity decided to join the group as he felt he owned a debt to the group for saving his life.

Months later he is a proud member of House Light! he may still dislike humanity and despise fighting with the Guardians but he will do anything for the survival of his species.
