My TUFF OC Lady Malmsteen has come from many influences: Elizabeth Barthory, Vlad Tepes Dracula, Yngwie Malmsteen, Castlevania: you name it.
For her figure and personality on the other hand: part of it came from Billy and Mandy's eris, another from a little known (yet very steamy) cartoon creation named Chel from 'The Road to El Dorado.'
Those who know now how sexy, conniving and yet fun-loving she is.
Lady Malmsteen falls under this category. so I drew her dressed as Chel from Road to El Dorado. Doesn't she look good in that outfit? Hmm hmm? ;-3
Actually this is a good time to show more of her bat like features that exist under her outfit without having to draw her completely naked.
Her original outfit has her wearing gloves all the time. Yet now that she's dressed as Chel: we can see that on her arms appears to be webbing. These are winglets. She does indeed have wings and therefore solidifies her as a bat. A character named Bat from the TUFF episode 'Thunder Dog' had these as well and thus so does Malmsteen.
As for her feet: without her boots you can see she has clawed toes like most bats too. Bat's toes from Thunder dog were rounded. Not Malmsteen. I wanted her to be full figured but also sharp at the same time.
As for Dudley here: why is he curled up into a ball? Well Malmsteen's magic obviously. She loves screwing around with people after all: Dudley especially .XD Also taken from that armadillo ball Chel had.
The background is a busy environment also taken from 'Road to El Dorado.' During the 'It's Tough to be a God' musical sequence: the final part involved a lot of dancing and parading of costumes and marionettes resembling those one might see at 'Day of the Dead' festivals in Mexico. Skeletal creatures dance madly while a fake bat tower releases many of Malmsteen's bat minions.
I guess if I have a problem with this: the BG is too busy and Malmsteen might be harder to focus on: particularly with the bat swarm.
But I really like how she came out in this outfit as well as giving people a chance to see the rest of her anatomical features that further cements her as a bat.
And poor Dudley curled literally up into a ball. XD

Malmsteen has definitely become a favourite fan-character of mine, and of your own personal creations. It's times of seeing her acting devious, yet fun-loving in a more festive and seemingly harmless sense that make me find her very attractive and more admirable. Seeing her clad in a bikini top and loincloth does help to show her natural beauty in her bat features. It also allows once to see her long black hair in better view, which is also very lovely. And that black lipstick gives her a seductive Gothic image. As for Dudley being smooshed into a ball, not just magic, but also the joys of cartoon physics.
I thank you kindly for that. Getting at least one person to enjoy a fan character has been a goal of mine.
Malmsteen is prone to having some fun in her own dark way. Her long black hair and pouty black lips are among the most beautiful attributes I have went for more than just her legs and breasts. I'm glad you have taken note of that. ^__^
I was also thinking of cartoon physics when it came to smooshing Dudley int oa ball. After all: Dudley and Kitty were once speared with spikes and yet they emerged flattened and full of holes still breathing and moving. So mooshing Dudley up into a ball couldn't be any worse: unless Malmsteen was planning to have a game of footie.
