Since its already been claimed (so no more worries about muddling up the bidding page), let me just compliment you on this design; its incredibly imaginative and creative, and the flow of it really gives off a really mystic or deific feel.
the snakes flowing from his shoulders like a cape allows for a feeling of accessorization despite being naked, and the expressions on them indicates they're cognizant entities rather than just extensions of him, making them seem more like minions that he brings "with him" than just extra limbs.
By far one of your best that I've seen.
