My first ever TMNT oc of my own!

Yumi was once a normal turtle growing up in a terrarium in a top secret genetics lab. She was experimented with a mutagenic substance that not only mutates but augments the subject. One day there was a fire and she managed to escape. For days she wondered around to find help. Fortunately a group of ninjas found her and brought her to their monastery to heal. She soon began to learn the secrets of ninjitsu, to fight to protect others, and to never side with evil.

But she was not the only one who survived the fire from the genetics labs. ;)
