Similar to other Reborns who have rebursted (Eaten it's own kind) more then 8 times, Surfer is able to grow extra limbs to enhance his abilities.
Although he can grow more limbs, he prefers to use max of 4. Able to wield weapons that cut more lifelines while still maintaining his agility and speed.
Unlike his brother Ōmukade, Surfer does not grow in size or appearance, as he cares little about such things.
