Following the fall of Vault 49, Cynthia was driven out into the wastes to continue to watch over and protect Donnie. A decade of upgrades and improvements to ensure that she can handle all but the most dangerous elements of the wastelands have changed her appearance drastically. All that remains of her old body is her head, the rest of her form was replaced by a fusion of a sentrybot and T-51 Power Armor. Her back can open up to a bunker like cockpit, a feature that Donnie is forced to use if they come across any serious hazards or foes. Her mechanized T-51 arms and a fabricated changing table that hooks onto her lower half allow her to still easily and reliably supply Donnie with his much needed diaper changes.
Built like a tank and armed with 3 tube missle launcher and gatling laser, Cynthia cuts an imposing figure to any who cross her path. Always keeping a close eye on her son, her mere presence lets anyone know that if they seek to harm Donnie there will be hell to pay and she'll be the one to deliver it.
