Actually, I wouldn't mind. e_e I'd tell them I'm a dragon, but I wouldn't be upset for them making the mistake.

And besides, what lizard do you know has horns and wings. It's easy enough to tell the difference between a lizard and a dragon. You shouldn't get upset for someone not being able to tell the difference between a mouse and a rat.

There's nothing wrong with mice, so what's the pride loss in thinking your are one of them? :/ It's the same with someone from Argentina and Columbia. Would you be able to tell the difference from appearance?

There's nothing wrong with mice! Its just that rats have a bad rap to the point where cute/noble/good rats are confused for mice, as if rats aren't equally capable of these things. I may not be able to tell the difference between an Argentinian and a Columbian at first glance, but I wouldn't just assume they were Columbian because they dealt drugs or Argentinian because they were attractive.
