Just a little animated practice. It's got flaws, but don't we all?
I'm looking forward to having more free time for drawing next month.

Dunno if you were going for it, but the upper body doesn't feel nearly as evenly animated at the bottom. The feet are both moving evenly as the top swings wildly to the right and only slightly to the left. I think if the feet were more skipping it'd feel more even.
That all said, this is pretty noice.

This is charming.
You have however made a very common mistake, he's walking "bear-walk". which means left arm and left leg are forward in the same step.
It's rather difficult to walk like that, as we tend to have left arm forward, right leg forward in the same step.
Apart from this, the animation's smooth and jolly. Retro sense tingling.

someone already noted the fact that the arms are swinging with the legs, instead of offset. but i've notices that the character's body really turns to face the camera more than it turns away, it should be a more even sway from left to right (character's left/right). also, i see that with the arm that's farther away from the camera you attempted to create a sort of whipping action to create the sense of inertia, however there's a bit of a hitch in it, i'd say check out your frames, see if maybe you've got something out of order there. then on the front arm i think you need more of a whipping action because although the wrist bends with the motion, the arm remains in the same "C" curve, but I know it's hard to create that motion without the arms going completely crazy, hehe. I think you got the legs pretty darn good, but the foot on the leg that's closest to the camera has a bit of a hitch when it gets to the back of the body (I think it's something to do with the bending of the foot before it is lifted from the ground). the ear bobble is a little awkward for me, but my boyfriend liked it, so some of the little problems you have here are up to personal taste.
I hope I didn't discourage you, my boyfriend and I think this is one of the better animations we've seen on FA and I would love to see what you do next. (I study animation myself so I know how hard critiques can be, but I never mean to upset anyone).
I hope this was helpful. Keep up the good work!

This is good! xD I was kinda scared because this was way too happy. I thought he was going to get hit by a car or something scary would pop out! XD Haha! These "flaws" that you speak of aren't bad enough to make you notice them when you're watching the animation. And which programme did you use? ToonBoom Studio?
