Roseland fell back down to the ground, now on her hands and knees. Saliva continued to drip from her mouth, and she could be heard making many unsettling, feral growls. She lifted herself back up, now on her knees once more. She gestured with her hands, and that same scarlet red, pulsating energy was now in the palms of her own hands. Two orbiting spheres of energy floated in her hands, and the nearby rocks continued to vibrate and shift around as if they were being manipulated. *HUFF* *GROWL* Saliva kept pooling at the ground beneath her as she ushered out more concerning, animalistic growls and pants. “GRRRRHHHH…” It seemed at this point that she was far too broken to speak coherently. Ithaca watched with a horrified expression as the bounty hunter grew even stronger, with some kind of ability they’d never seen the likes of before, “W-what's happening to her? Is she okay, Chi-Chi?” The coyote asked her friend for her immediate thoughts on the situation, but what she would say next only confirmed her suspicion.

Finally, after what felt like agonizingly painful hours of torment, Roseland could stand again. She rose up, eyes closed, not saying a word. Then, she simply held out her arms as if she were grabbing something. Miraculously, her pistols, which had been cast aside by the duo’s team attack, suddenly flew back into her hands, now glowing with the same scarlet red energy. Zenchi, now understanding what was happening, was similarly at a loss for words, “No way...” Once Roseland took hold of Salvo and Impetus, she opened her eyes. They were the reddest they had been up to that point, far gone from the blue they appeared as naturally. Her attire also seemed to transform from the effects. Both her ruby-red earrings and her Guild emblems gained a bright red glow. She gritted her teeth and let out a ferocious growl, and the scarlet red energy concentrated around her as potently as ever. Zenchi’s fear was confirmed. That look on the hunter’s face was not of this world, and she had put the pieces together now. “She's just been GIFTED.” This entire ordeal, this entire battle, everything had led up to this. Befitting of the bounty hunter aptly known as Scarlet Heart; this new, hyper powerful Gift was given life from the very depths of her own Heart. The ability to manipulate one’s surrounding’s to her will, to move objects and people around without laying a finger on them, to give herself the luxury of levitation, to control gravity and the very magnetosphere of The Lands…this was Roseland’s Heartbreak, and she had just unlocked the abundant power of the Scarlet Magnetism.
