So yeah, here's that fish with a mutant body I've been talking about in a Deviant Art poll. Since that got neutral-to-positive votes, I revealed him as a new OC of mine.
So this is Fisher, the tuna in a fish helmet controlling a mutant body. In the past, he was just a normal tuna. However, he's very intelligent and one day, he created that mutant body all by himself. Man, so much for a feral fish. His mutant body is however modular.
