He probably does, actually. Like dogs, these dragons have a somewhat mixed diet, and can taste sweet things (cats cannot, for example). However, he's not being offered much ice-cream relative to his size, and more importantly, he'd lose his knighthood if he's found to take bribes. (To be fair, I don't think I gave Morg that much detail)
