An example of multiple species inflicted by vampirism, I will share thought processes behind some of them that may need clarification or such, and other little fun facts, but only for those species that I feel important enough to say on, not making an entry for all.
First you may notice species with unique blood color are red regardless, this is because vampirism being an influence of Dysabene, connecting them to the red mass, assimilates their blood type, this can be avoided specifically under the case of being a Chimeran (Made with multiple species in a lab or with magic, often both.) and the Chimeran specifically has some Marronian DNA.
For the Basfliman, mothman basically, I want to tie in some of my alien species to real life legends for some spice, I've not drawn it yet but Basfliman mages would wear a garb that would make them look like the flatwoods monster or such, and generally the moth folk are supposed to subtly represent classic aliens with their big black eyes.
Guillos eyes change to that of a diamond shape as gems are important to their culture, I'd do this with the Novyrni too.
Marronians, nothing! they can get it and transmit it! but it is not noticable at all, doesn't affect them, making them silent carriers, but this fact means that when travelling interplanetary places often have to check them first for vampirism, if discovered as a silent vampire, they will often be given the option to either get cured, or be forced by law to take a drug that makes it so they can infect others while they're interacting, say if they end up using a bite to defend themselves, it's preferrable if they do not get infected, but not many places kill vampires on sight.
This is likely because the Marronians are very likely an ancient and failed project of Dysabene himself, not being bloodthirsty enough, so Dysabene's vampiric curse is rendered moot.
Novyrni, eyes are triangular, as triangles, and 3s and 3-sided things are a prevalent theme in their culture, the traditional relationship system of Novyrni is also a throuple.
I was trying to go for a Nosferatu thing with the demons.
And notably the Xui's third eye splits into two when becoming a vampire, their psychic power also gets a huge boost, if a Xui infects someone into a vampire, they will become fiercely loyal to the Xui, this is a thing with the Xui specifically, but all vampires do generally have some sort of seduction skill boost without the need of biting, but not nearly as the Xui's powerful blood-bonding.
One more interesting piece of lore is the coffee stain by the Xui's head, it holds deep meaning, yes.
