I always loved drawing creatures and monsters, so this was almost like a personal project for me.

For me it was always one of THE folklore monsters.
There are also 2 movies that somewhat featured a wendigo. Antlers (mediocre movie with a very good monster design) and The Ritual (highly recommended and probably one of the coolest monster designs ever).
Overall I feel like there is quite a bit of Wendigo content out there; just a bit more transformative than traditional.
