Dharkis is like a dad figure to Aqua, so anytime he's being a smart ass, she is a smartass too. In this case, she yells to 'mom' which is Cytra, Dharkis' wife.

For clarification, Aqua is not Dharkis' actual kid. She just see's him as a father figure.
Cytra, bless her soul, is pulled into the mom role regardless if she wants it or not lol.
