Had him on the mind lately, so here he is.

He's his trainer's emotional support / disability assistance pokemon and an aggressively affectionate cuddle-bug type thanks to his Jolly nature. As a result of brightening his trainer's day all the time, he's been spoiled with a custom-designed luxury ball that modifies the ring on the top of a normal ball, and he often carries it around on a necklace in shrunken form when out and about with his trainer though it can also be replaced with a fake copy if needed, and the trainer always carries a backup pokeball for emergency recalls, meaning that Sunshine is registered to two different pokeballs at once but still only takes up one "slot" on the team.

The back of his vest is mostly an openable flap with velcro for his wings to fit through that can also be closed in the event other properly-sized pokemon on the team need to wear it.

While a support dragonite, he can still fight to defend himself and his trainer, with how wild pokemon can be as well as the various Teams like Rocket, Magma, etc, but isn't usually registered for actual sanctioned battles.
