NosiTheSlime wanted to have a very old design reprised in an updated style, and Bluetaildragon did amazing bringing that idea to life. Not only does it have elements of some of the older designs, but multiple different old designs mashed into one. Additionally, Nosi does identify as primarily female in this form.
