Boy, it seems like every now and again, Rash makes an appearance on this gallery. I don't know what my fascination with him is; I know I like Battletoads, but that's about as far as my dip into the fandom goes.
In either case, I thought it'd be cool to draw him fighting someone. And as for it being Chun-Li? Well, I thought Rash hopping from game to game and fighting bodacious babes would be radical~
