After the events that happened to FA earlier this week, it's important to remember that there are many many kindhearted individuals in the world that only want to see you succeed and be happy! ^vv^ In 2 days (the 25th), it will be the one-year anniversary of the very first demo launch of Monster Mystery. It was an insane experience for me-- and I've had a lot of crazy first experiences (especially for the introvert I am) because of just how sweet and kind everyone I've met here has been. Having fun working on this game and making art in the meantime is something I never thought I'd have the determination or confidence to do- but because of this community, I feel like I'm actually capable of it ^vv^ Not to mention how I've made some of my best friends through this site! (You know who you are :3)

So to celebrate the anniversary of my little fan game (complete with all of its early jankiness), I just wanted to say thank you so much for the encouragement and your patience in the last year! Even if you just favorited my art, liked my tweets, or just downloaded the game once, your actions both big and small are what make me want to keep going and push myself to keep working hard!

Zeo and I have been working all the time on Chapter 2, and I'll keep posting updates here! ^vv^ He's been recently bouncing between music and helping me with with some general monster spritework! It's been really awesome so far! Seeing as how I've been coding for the last few weeks, I definitely wanna join him on that sprite front- I can't have all the new sprites be his! lol >vv<
