An annoyed grimace or trying desperately not to laugh, though I think it's probably a case of both. Still Knuckles and Sonic may perhaps want to flee the scene after tickling Shadow since he'll likely be a little annoyed with them. Ray in the mean time having a little ticklish fun with Tails, with the fox's laughter I imagine will likely drown out any reluctant chuckles from Shadow.
