With the early seasons of the Pokémon anime being one of the things I grew up on, I thought of drawing the tomboyish mermaid of the Pokémon series herself, even accompanying her with two of her Pokémon.
This was done as a tribute to her original English voice actress Rachael Lillis, who had sadly passed away earlier this month. Thank you for the memories, Rachael!
