Tulm-Kia is a Heretic!
This is a birthday gift for 
Mitryll- 's birthday... which was actually quite a while ago! Before all the crazy FA stuff happened!
It features his character Tulm-Kia currently about to stab/abduct/murder uh... someone... PROBABLY YOU! Maybe I dunno. Based off of his antics he gets up to in SS13 being heretic so often. :P
I tried going for a 3D style look where he looks like he's popping out of the art, hope I did it at least decently! ^^
