Straight outta East Gharibi is local hippo punk, Taitimu. He’s just your average selfish and egotistical troublemaker with a heart of both gold and lead. Hippos like him are known for being very fearsome animals, but Taitimu is more than just that. Him and his partner-in-crime Hoku are notoriously known for their threats of extortion towards rich and powerful people. They’re gimmick being “steal from the rich and keep it.” Taitimu is much more aggressive compared to his partner shark, and often likes to open his large mouth around people’s heads as a way to scare them.

It’s a shame for a toadie like Taitimu to even be associated with a Jyushou Sentai, much less one that wants to cure obayifo, but here we are. Taitimu on the Dochorangers is known as DochoTeal, a heavy-hitting hydrokinetic with power over the rain and all bodies of water. Before meeting Surea, Taitimu turned down the offer of wanting to be a Jyushou Senshi, because punks like him and Hoku got no honor or morals. But seeing the good inside Taitimu, Surea forced the hippo in so she can see him turn his behavior around.
