Sascha's paws sank into the warm sand as he watched the volleyball soar through the air. The sun sparkled on the ocean, but his focus was on the game, even if it was just a friendly 1on1.
With a quick movement, he bumped the ball back into play, sending a short ball that forced his friend to dash toward the net.
His diaper crinkled faintly as he shifted, just a simple part of his life due to a medical condition. It never slowed him down, though, and his friends never treated him any differently for it.
To them, he was just Sascha, their friend. And whether it was enjoying a day at the beach with them, sharing a relaxed drink in the evening, or taking a slow stroll through the city, Sascha was always up for it.
And today, he was all about enjoying a game of beach volleyball together.
As the ball sailed toward him again, he lunged, digging it up and sending it into a high arc over his buddy’s head, who scrambled to play it back. The return fell short, hitting the net.
"Point for me!" Sascha grinned. "Ready for the next serve?"
