So about a day or two ago, I was talking with  Arcticka about a story he was planning to write, he was in need of a second pokesona character to go along with his character Chip so I ended up coming up with a new Pokesona on the spot for this story since I've been kind of wanting to make an emolga character sometime soon and I decided that then was probably the time to come up with one and I do like what I came up with, a reference wasn't made yet of course but  Arcticka was willing to make a reference of Mila for me in exchange that I make a reference for another pokesona character he came up with a little later after Mila's creation. (Again thank you so so much for creating this! I absolutely loved how she turned out and I will try and make that reference for you as soon as possible!)
