Idk, I just want to share a bit, last 2 years were hell for me, since my grandma started getting bad and then passing away I was feeling miserable. I was the grand daughter that lived the most with her and the one that had hard time grieving⦠that with money problems and little time to work on commissions I was rly in a bad mental place, specially last year until I decided to go the gym because also my physical health was getting at risk.
And boy, gym has helped me a lot, today I turned one year of training and my mental health improved lots, still have ups and downs but I donβt think anymore about, you know, disappearing. I am glad I decided to do something for myself that actually worked but I have become slower at drawing, I forcing myself to heavy lift and then come home with migraines and sleepy, I hope to get used to it, is been a year and still hard to balance work + gym, but I hope everything finds its own balance TvT
