Yep, Birdo has gotten blimped once again, but this time, in the Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga: Bowser's Minions 3DS style! And this turned out a lot better than the Super Mario All-Stars Birdo inflation I've done, but then again that could be due to the larger color palette I was working with, plus some nicer sprites I guess. The background used here is the Beanbean Airport from said Mario and Luigi game, though it's hard to tell where the airport is due to the background being zoomed in on the clouds as well as the canvas size I was working with. I also decided to do the inflated arms and legs a little differently with this one, and the shading didn't turn out that bad either!
