So, I don't often post photographs here, but I was out gardening today and I found this in my garden! She was huge - almost half an inch across, and unfortunately, the photograph does not do her justice. What shows up as a bright white here is actually a very reflective silver. in fact, she looks like she had a piece of tinfoil on her back!

Kinda reminds me of the Skulltulas from the newer Zelda games. Thought I'd share for those who like spider pictures...

I have recently found out that this is a silver garden spider. An appropriate name, considering how her abdomen carapace glitters and shines in the sunlight...
