im deeply surprised there's not much Toopy & Binoo art on fa, i'm not canadian but i deeply remember growing up with this show or at least the flash games
but either way this is really really cute and i love how it turned out!!!! i deeply relate to gettin random teasy moods like this from dreams, and he looks absolutely adorable as a floaty blimp,,,,
