Fair warning, this one is a bit sad. Well it was sad for me to write anyway, I definitely had to stop a few times. Apologies if the writing is poor, I was also having a hard time editing.
Anyway! I don't want to bring people down, so feel free to skip if you want, I won't blame anyone lol. This TP was, well, very easy to come up with a story but very hard to actually write.

"the sun had crept up above the hills, and was casting beams through the window and onto her face"
I love feeling that sort of warmth coming from the sun. ^^ I think it provided a little bit of relief in her melancholy.
And that's a shame all that magic and substance died to be replaced with everyone rushing for profit in that sci-fi, like with Shelby attending that business meeting not long ago. Maybe there is at least one planet somewhere out there that still has some of it? And immortality can make someone feel very lonely. I wish Shelby good luck in her current predicament.

The sun does tend to help with some of that, for sure!
Immortality is certainly lonely, especially when you are the only one! there are some planets with magic still, and it's been coming up in our RP sessions. It's rare though, and tends to get used up quickly. There's also baddies trying to take it for themselves so, lots of fighting going on!
