Some weeks ago, I promised
artizek an art trade of some kind while under the assumption that I'd have more free time than I actually would. This here is NOT the actual trade, but I did get around to making some doodles in attempt to capture the essence of his character, Jaroq, the obscenely ginormous tiger-man, for preparation when I get around to doing the real thing.
I'll try to have an actual comic-trade up within about a week-ish.
I'm assuming Jaroq likes Black Eyed Peas. That may or may not be a fatal mistake.

What I tend to do, because it takes me awhile to do a drawing in the primary stages on the Wacom, is that I sketch stuff up on paper, then scan it in and finish it up with the assistance of the tablet.
This formatting problem is one of the many wake up calls I've been getting to stop doing that and just practice with the thing so I don't have that problem no more.

A fairly common problem, actually. ( If you even want to see it as such. ) Many people seem to prefer doing their sketches/ line-art traditionally, and use digital media only for the colouring. I used to do that myself, but these days I work almost entirely digital. It's mainly a matter of getting used to working with a tablet, I'd say. Do whatever works best for you - But personally I prefer digital drawing, since it's generally easier and more efficient.
Tyger: *he freak out to see jaroq(on the right) and tackles him to the floor and snuggles him all over*

*jaw drops open as he squeals like a prepubescent girl* Damn! You made him hot! He's not quite as muscular as I draw him but the open jacket with his ripped torso and his cute, playful expression is amazing. I really like the pose and what you did with the hair! God, I would be all over this guy...as for the trade, this is great all by itself and you really don't have to to a comic.
As for music, Jaroq is a ladies man, but instead of hip-hop, he'd listen to death metal so heavy one song would make my brain explode. He'd be tearing off his shirt and shouting to the lyrics.
Thank you so very, very much!

Girlish squaling has never been so rewarding to me. I'm so very extrodinarily glad that'cha likes!
And, well... I've already got the idea and some of the preliminary sketches for the comic up... so I'd be a shame to put them to waste now, wouldn't it?
...and, shit, what you've just described sounds like something that should be drawn as well: People on the street fleeing for their lives as a massive tiger-man screams:
The writings on the wall
All spell hell
Completely crashed and burned again
Pitchblack darkness
One last prelude to madness
Your last barrier
My last frontier
I can feel the flames!!!
