I have this friend from Germany who is over here in the US trying to get his citizenship. He came over to my house one day and I had just gotten a new dog. The dog was absolutely terrified of my friend. My friend said, "Why is your dog so scared of me?" and I said, without thinking, "He's a Jew."

XD I'm SO glad he started laughing cause it was one of those things that I said without realizing it until after I heard myself. XD I felt like an ass but I still giggle at it.
