Traveling through a Mesozoic redwood forest is a daunting task, especially on a massive RingWorld called Sauria! That is when a certain canine named
slayersarge bumped into Arenaxosaurus, in the middle of grazing on some fruits and plants. Sensing the canine was exhausted from their travel, and craving something protein based, Arenax happily gobbled the traveler down in a few gulps, slurping that cute fuzzy tail like a noddle. All that said and done, the big semi-anthro Styracosaurus layed down on his big belly, and enjoyed feeling his lively meal bulge out behind him, in a cartoony fashion; the Dinosaurians/Sauris'tok naturally have cartoonish physics in their anatomy. Such bulges occasionally making his big butt jiggle and wobble while he lay there~

By pressing out on their own, or simply the Dinosaur (Arenax in this instance) simply manipulates their hammerspace to be compressed, this smaller. Which results in Husky being able to bulge out.
Plus their belly is naturally stretchy; the dimension they come from, does not fully obey the laws of physics. They gave cartoon-Digimon physics, mixed with sone of our own.
