ManipuLion is a supervillain with an ability known as “Power Reflector.” He can manipulate and control the powers of others against their will whenever he looks at them. Example: A shapeshifter hero turns into a T-Rex; ManipuLion can take control of that power and make the shapeshifter hero turn into something like a turtle or chicken against their will. Literally turning a person’s own superpower against them.
