A G3 Sino on a beach inspired by one at Lake Pontchartrain (Yes, the Lake has places with sand and also the concrete stairs in the background).

Taking place at the Lake itself in 2012 after the defeat of the New Confederacy. The person here is a Soviet Soldier taking a vacation from the sparse Soviet Garrisons in the state. The Soviet Union sent garrisons to the state to keep New Orleans open alongside The Gulf of Mexico for shipping as the US collapsed after being nuked in 1990 by Nazi Germany and France.

Alongside this it must be mentioned that this fellow is apart of the Generation 3 of The Phoenix Project which revived extinct animals and made them better for Gen 2 and 3. The Gen 3's are the least like the original animals in that all sport some sort of fluff and ears alongside being omnivores or herbivores in order to decrease costs for feeding them. They also all had human level intelligence unlike the Gen 1's while the Gen 3's also had much more proper hands in order to be able to use guns for those that are bipedal. Also they can talk like the Gen 2's as well. The Gen 3's also had upgraded metabolisms to consume less food and water alongside just being physically improved in general with better strength, endurance, and durability alongside with healing better and having human lifespans like the Gen 2's had. This made the Gen 3's who first were born in 1988 to be better then the Gen 1's and 2's before them as they could hope to catch up with the younger but much more advanced Gen 3's.

I don't know if this fellow will actually appear in the actual series or not too. I'll most likely make him into his own character and draw him with his P90 (Since the P90 isn't a mainland European Gun in this Earth).
