The Flag of the United Brothers in 2013. This nation is made up of Mexico, New US, and New Canada in the same universe as the previous drawing of the Soviet Sino fellow.

The nations were known as the Brothers of North America before Hellfire in 1990 when both the US and Canada collapsed as many in the Southern US moved to Mexico or the state of Cuba.

I don't have much to say besides that for now since most development is just for the Eastern and Southern US from around 2010-2012 when the main series takes place.
I do think that the Capitol might actually be New Orleans due to being a large unscathed trading port and one of the most important cities in the world even after the US's collapse and in part due to the Soviet's moving in to protect the city and the Gulf of Mexico in general.
