My attempt to give the Trubbish line a signature move. Not a strong one but versatile and fitting for a garbage bag. I guess it will get a niche in stalling and giving more time to set up in doubles with its 100% flinch chance. But it's not too op, coz the Trubbish line is not the fastest one. I was hesitating to swap the accuracy and the flinch chance.
There's the double damage for psychics, because psychic weaknesses are based on phobias and touching a garbage bag juice is traumatising.
I know Trubbish line has the Stench ability, but it does nothing. It gives a 10% flinch chance. So it's gonna happen like twice in your life.
