This is awesome. The colors and pose show movement and energy. Heterochromia really adds to the character and is supported by the simple outfit.
I'm no artist, but it feels like the green eye's side of the face should be a little more shaded to match the light source. Maybe that was intentionally left out to preserve focus and clarity on the face?
