UGAIZ, OMG. OMG, UGAIZ. OMG. UGAIZ, OMG. UGAIZ, SRSLY UGAIZ. DESE SO GEWD.
Ok, now that I've got the stupidity out of my system.
RECIPE
1 cup margarine or butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar/Splenda
3/4 cup packed brown sugar/Splenda and brown sugar blend
1 large egg
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (DO NOT USE SELF RISING)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces of semi sweet Baking Chocolate
1 or 2 tablespoons milk (2% works best)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
Mix margarine, sugars, and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, vanilla, and salt (dough will be stiff).
Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate. Once melted, sprinkle in the milk until the chocolate thickens and forms a paste.
Blend in the chocolate with a wooden spoon until it is well-marbled. Or you can just mix it until it's thoroughly mixed.
Form balls of dough about 1 1/4 inches in diameter, and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart (you should not bake more than 9 at a time).
Bake for about 10 minutes, and then let cool a bit before removing to a cooling rack.
ENJOY~
Using the Splenda will slightly change the taste, but will NOT affect the quality of the taste. Also, please note, you should NEVER use anything but Splenda or sugar.
