Here's a doodle of Arpegius as a pit bull....might make this his permanent species...might not. I dunno. :B
It does make more sense to make him a pit than a wolf...since he has a short muzzle with a big nose. So the only real change would be to the ears...debating cropped over natural. :B

Also, just adding this in, another mannerism I picture Arpegius as having is the one side of lip quirked when something stupid is said or stuff. Best example I have is in Six days and seven nights when she asks Harrison Ford if he's one of those guys with skills, and he reciprocates "Skills." That's the face XD
