As the commissioner, I believe that the creators of the characters have final say on whether or not their anthros are considered animals ala Chip and Dale Rescue Ranger reasoning, but I maintain my usual stance that all anthro characters are basically no different from elves and dwarves and the same could be the said for most Succubi who don't mind being anthro characters.
