A picture that I took a few weeks back now. These two currently work as shunters at my job.

What are their shunting services for? Passenger cars shunting? Private branch line for an industry to shunt wagons?...
Lil' detail I've seen: The junction weight is typically Sweedish appearence with that red and yellow color. I used to use these on Trainz Railway Simulator 2006 as they were simillar to our junction weights.

Hmm! Would have to say industry. State owned company! From what I have seen, I think that most cargo seem to be huge paper rolls. So yup, shunting cargo wagons into a terminal where the paper rolls can be loaded into containers and to later be transported with truck.
I actually heard that the small junction at my work place is very old. Even so old that they're out of spare parts. XD But it still seems to hold up nice though. I'm just a truckdriver at this company so I don't have all the infos. :P (But not working with transporting paper rolls.)

Ah, I see! Paper Roll transporting... cool stuff, I think we don't have that kind of transportation here, but I'm not sure if we had it before.
Another something I admire on your Railways is that your on-train sginalling/driving system is EBICAB 700, which is the same used here in Portugal.
