Well I just read it, and I don't know how you inferred that from the page.
In the General Content Guidelines section, under Sexual Situations states "Free of sexual or excessive fetish themes with exception of brief displays of affection, such as a kiss or hug." The important part being "Free of sexual or excessive fetish themes" The tags clearly say they're vore related, along with tags unrelated for inflation, stuffing, even just the word sexy. None of that is free of fetish themes.
Meanwhile under the Mature Content Guideline's Sexual Situations section states "Contains mild sexual activity or themes such as implied sex acts, light or comedic sexual fetish references or behavior, or mild sexual situations or discussion." This art could fall under "light or comedic sexual fetish references or behavior." Since apart from the fetish content, there isn't anything else vanilla sexual here. No nipples or genitals, no gore, so I don't think it's excessive enough to be rated for Adults.
If you can explain how despite the rules stated, it's still ok to be rated General, or however you got to that conclusion, I would like to here it.
I'd rather discuss than be nonconstructive.

Like I said, no vanilla sex, but I highlighted the part "light or comedic sexual fetish references or behavior." because plenty of the tags and the subject of the pic are "fetish references or behavior"
Fetishes by definition still intend to be sexually arousing, but only for very particular people out of the norm, and I don't want teens to come across this and inherent the fetish, since the site's minimum age is 13 and there's plenty of art like this appears in SFW mode anyways. So this isn't a problem specific to FlamboyantOne.
I can't expect to change everyone's opinions, but I had recent revelations that made me rethink who I follow, so apart from me changing my browsing experience to my liking, this is just a minor hope to change 2+ people opinions.
