Same maker, but 108, 109 and 110 were designed before the BFW AG was renamed to Messerschmitt AG in 1938, thus Bf designations. 210, 410, 163 and 262 were designed after the renaming. Vast majority of wartime German documents follows this convention (with few exceptions).
Wartime allied documents were mixed bags with Me and Bf used interchangeably.
