Getting your character in the comic:

Please note that the character appearance will most likely be a brief cameo except if they fit the setting in a particular comic and the main characters can interact with them.
(Also, comic ideas are always welcome but there's no guarantee that I will draw them.)

One important requirement is that the characters fit the universe of Daddy Long Legs (i.e. based on creepy crawlies like arthropods, gastropods, annelids and such but if I like the character idea a particularly lot, I might lax it a little.)

Basically, I need

reference images of your character, including colour scheme
OR a physical description of your character, and I'll see what I can do
and finally, if not present in a reference, a brief general description, e.g. demeanor, personality, occupation...

It doesn't matter if your character is an older one or created specifically for this. I'll be adding characters as extras in the comics depending on how many characters will be sent. I can't promise anything yet!

Making a guest comic:

Well, I don't have much restrictions, all in all (well... just no porn, k?). Just have fun! But if you're not sure what to do, just ask!

In both cases:

Send image files as attachments, comic file type should be PNG or optimised GIF ( if you're using similar low-resolution methods as I do. Also keep in mind Smackjeeves's size limits - max dimensions 2000px wide, 10000px high; max size 500 KB)

I also need your preferred name/handle/pseudonym and possibly a link to a site where you can be found, personal site (if applicable) or so forth so I can give proper credit!
