A refreshing salad from

******************************
Using a base recipe, I added a couple things. I swapped out half the milk for lemon juice (mix the mayo and milk first before adding lemon) and I threw in some chopped up mint.

Thoughts: I made the right call by adding mint and lemon, otherwise it would have been too simple and boring. This was a refreshing salad, but it needs to go with something and both my room mate and I recommend fish. Because we were craving fish something fierce after eating this.
Recipe is as follows:
ingredients
1 -2 large cucumber
1 medium onion (From Chris: I would use a Vidalia onion as they are less strong than a regular white one. Your own tastes may vary.)
water
salt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup milk
dill
pepper
lemon
mint
directions
Soak cucumbers (sliced) and onions (sliced) in salted water for 2 hours.
Drain.
Add mayo, milk and seasonings.
Let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour and serve.
