I kinda imagined that Dew found the Twins' clan/village and then just stalked off, alone, into the woods, to plot his revenge and/or his plot to kidnap his kid back, haha.
I guess, though, realistically, he would need to live in the clan too, and could be approached by any number of people, such as this little ball of sunshine. :}===<
