Well its getting to be summer time and Julie cant wear a hoodie and fonzy jacket in the summer, so here is a doodle of her in some summer ish clothing. Also i know Julie is a bit of a tomboy but i think the skirt works, and shes wearing some kind of tights under it so no pantie shots. Im gonna have to draw her in this outfit again i think
