Well this took a darn long time to piece together, partly due to work commitments but also partly indecisions on my part. It's deceptively difficult to keep simple design character yet interesting. And although plain he has pretty complex head shape.
I wish I was more consistent with my art, but this is really the best I have been able to squeeze out. Anyways,
I designed this as sort of more like an anatomical ref sheet + infographic to give you a sense of his vibe which I know is not enough yet.
A character sheet of him (with outfits and expressions) might be the next project to give a better impression. Bruce Lee is one of the many influences, but it is not the only one. What he lacks in complex design I hope to make up for depth of character that I envision for him.
I might do a similar style of ref sheet for Wei Lun's Master. Master Shen who is a Xiaolin Wood Dragon elemental monk, the second protag I have for the story I am writing.
