The nanomachines could not be removed or be compelled to revert the transformation, before it was complete. Now the nanomachines and their host live in symbiosis. Acting as lifeblood, and immune system. Converting "food" into the necessary compounds to repair damage, and wear. Having taken on the hosts DNA as an instruction book, the robot girl will grow as she normally would have as a human.
