But Dogbomb is old and gristly and hard to digest....
Sam and I get a good laugh out of parking our cars side by side.
Our neighbors take the whole thing in stride.
Well, maybe we do get a few strange looks, but at least two
of them are coming to Califur. We'll make the entire street
furry at this rate.
I think the DMV should issue special furplates with a likeness of
your character. Proceeds to benefit the ASPCA.
And yes, the Yaris gets slightly better mileage....

Its awesome walking thru the parking lot of a fur con hotel during the con and just seeing a ocean of animals and chars and personas on plates, along with enough plushies, furry stickers, and the like in on and around them to make any normal hotel goer that notices knowing that somethings afoot here..
When you mentioned your Can Am I thought of this car http://www.pontiacserver.com/77canam_promo_med.jpg Does this mean I'm old when I remember cars like this?
You sir, are spot on.
I'm trying to give him the old car bug so that buys
a '56 Adventurer.
Boy, a few months crawling around a barn find like that
would make him hate me for sure...
And he LOVES California, although I have yet to take
him to Gardena to worship at the old Ascot Raceway site.

Makes me feel bad that I have a 1990 honda civic DX base model with the stock engine and a blown head gasket. Wish I had the moneys to fix her up...
92 hps and 73 ft lbs of torque at the front wheels. It hauled my ass and maybe one friend before it starts to struggle. Till I get the new engine in she won't haul anything though.

Not mine either but she got me from point a to point b while she was running. Personally I would decimate a small country to have a 1976 Nissan S30Z with an L28 inline turbo engine swap, and a 1985 Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 GTApex with a 4A-GE 20 valve twin cam engine swap.
The countache is a mistake. The steering is heavy the gearbox requires you to be a weight lifter the clutch is like pressing back one of the suspension springs and it's impossible to see out of. Also no AC and the windows barely open. Very pretty car... But almost impossible to drive.
Rofl. As for my civic if I were to do it up the way I'd like I'd love to get a 13B-REW with a turbo, a Spyder body kit, euro tail lights, eyelid headlight covers, Konig Rewind 15 inch rims, brembo 4 wheel disk brakes, and a subtle lip spoiler added to the trunklid. Painted the same dark red it is now. Lower the suspension a little, convert it to rear wheel drive, stiffen the suspension. More or less make it perform like something far more expensive and far newer.
Hehe nice. Is it weird that when I saw your photo it immediately made me think of the Need For Speed: High Stakes box cover art?

It amuses me that in Europe the Yaris is a dinky little hatchback supermini, whereas in the US it's a compact sedan. (Compact being what we Europeans call "a small family car".) Can't sell a hatchback in the US, even though they're so much more convenient as regards cargo space.
Heh, I know that Car on the left! I do miss taking rides in it though... sticking my muzzle out the window, barking at passerby downtown... Good times... :>
AND SANCUS! :>
I think my Scion xD has a slightly larger version of the engine in Sam's Yaris. When I popped the hood one day to help him fix his bumper, i noticed his engine look remarkably similar to mine. Toyota VVT-i something or other. Although I know nothing of engines, so they could have been completely different.

Hah! So it was you. I saw the yellow car in the parking lot of the Sidestreet Cafe yesterday or the day before. (It really is a beauty, by the way.)
Saw the license plate and thought "Nah, it couldn't be THAT Dogbomb". Passed by you just as you were leaving, but wasn't certain enough to say hello.
Small world!

Yeah... Vegas had the notoriety of actually rusting at the dealerships. It was the beginning of the demise of GM that once stood for "Mark of Excellence". I swore off GM after my last car... and then they killed off Pontiac, that was the last straw. Cheers! (Gives doggie a milk bone.... or do you prefer a 3 Musketeers Bar?)
